Part-Time Marketing Admin 

The Marketing Admin is a detail-oriented person responsible for editing, proofing, and scheduling content, assisting with the management of social channels, and ensuring projects stay on deadline. This position handles daily task execution, freeing the strategic team to focus on the big picture while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role requires someone who can juggle multiple priorities, communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners, and stay organized when things get hectic (because they will).

Responsibilities

  • Project Scheduling: Maintain a clear and organized calendar for the marketing team, scheduling tasks and deadlines.
  • Content Organization: Assist with scheduling marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and ad copy.
  • Proofreading & Editing: Ensure materials are error-free by meticulously proofreading written content for grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Client-Centric Support: Support clients through basic social media troubleshooting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
