Full-Time Marketing Coordinator

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Marketing Coordinator position is an in-person position and requires outstanding organizational and research skills. The Marketing Coordinator is expected to possess excellent communication skills and effective time management, enabling them to assist with content creation, planning, online channel monitoring, client communications, and market research.

To ensure success, the Marketing Coordinator should be detail-oriented, possess a solid understanding of marketing techniques, and have a keen interest in delivering a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities tailored to specific audiences. The Account Coordinator will demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Project Scheduling: Maintain a clear, organized calendar for the marketing team to track tasks and deadlines.Traffic all advertising and content efforts to appropriate channels.

Content Development: Create branded content and support the marketing and design teams by developing editorial calendars, writing content, incorporating trends, coordinating output, and distributing content across multiple platforms.

Content Organization: Assist with scheduling marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and ad copy.

Proofreading & Editing: Ensure materials are error-free by meticulously proofreading written content for grammar, punctuation, and style.

Client-Centric Support: Support clients through basic social media troubleshooting.

Marketing Support: Provide marketing support to clients. Explore new ways to engage and new social networks. Measure performance and create analytic reports.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and trends.

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:

Experience in content management, creative writing, and advertising concepts or a marketing-related degree.

Active presence on social media, with a command of each network and best practices.

Excellent communicator and creative thinker.

Proficiency in:

Willingness to travel and attend events outside of normal business hours.

Knowledge of marketing and sales principles.

EMPLOYMENT STRUCTURE: In-person, 32-40 hours per week

PAY RANGE:

$17.50- $22/hr. depending on experience
